Plum Branch Yacht Club Marina may not look impressive, but its patio seating offers a lovely view of the lake, contributing to its charm. The food, particularly the hand-pattied burger and crispy fries, received positive feedback, and the attentive service added to the experience. While there were minor critiques regarding noise and tipping options, the overall consensus is that it's a great spot for a lakeside meal, with plans for a return visit.

Looks are deceiving. It's not much to look at, but we gave it a try because of the patio seating overlooking the lake. This is a no-frills establishment, but that's part of its charm.
I tend to like my food with "less" seasoning and the burger was exactly as I like it: hand-pattied, seasonings blended in and not overpowering. The fries were nice and crispy. My husband enjoyed the hush puppies with shrimp dip. Service was casual but attentive. The blond young lady, whose name I didn't catch, was very sweet. It's a small place and everyone spoke to us.
We saw a couple pull up to the dock and walk to the restaurant, so if you're boating in the Plum Branch area, this one might be for you.
If critiques had to be given, it'd be that the cream-cheese based dip was very thick so the pairing with the hush puppies wasn't quite successful. Also, the noise/music from the rented pavilion next door + the oldies music at the restaurant + the football game made for a lot of competing noise; not overwhelming, just maybe be aware that it's possible. Also, the tipping options at the register weren't great - the max was 20% which was only $6. We'd have liked the option to leave a custom amount, maybe not based on a %. Unfortunately, this did cost the server part of the intended tip because we don't carry cash.
Overall, a recommend and will likely return.

Awesome food! Awesome Service. Great place for a lake break and food is classic dinner but better! Would recommend for sure

It was so pretty and delicious! The dessert was amazing (ate it before I could get a picture) & homemade bread was the best I’ve ever had! 😍

For casual lakeside dining, this place can't be beat. On a nice evening the sunset view from the outside lakefront dining area is spectacular. The food is spot on. I had the shrimp basket. The shrimp were fresh and perfectly breaded. My hubs had the bbq sandwich which he really enjoyed. They bring out hushpuppies with a unique and tasty butter before your meal arrives, which are crispy with just a tiny hint of sweetness. Our meal, with tip, was around $45 for the two baskets and a Blue Moon. If you're boating in the area, you can pull up and dock. I'd definitely go back.

Although Pricey the food was Fabulous. Our friends had a low country boil. It was enough food for them to split. It was our server Jenna's first day. You never would have known it. We sat on the porch to eat and it was a beautiful view. Although we loved the music we thought it was kinda loud for a camping area.
