I LOVE this place. Steve and Jennifer and Jerry and Susan, the volunteer staff, are amazing.
It is clean, quiet and very relaxing for us as a retired couple. If we have any needs the staff are
there to help (my husband is disabled). This is a one-of-a-kind campground that I pray will always
be open for us seniors to enjoy.

The camp site is absolutely beautiful. My family had the best time. The lady that runs it is the sweetest. Didn’t have the best experience with the man, whom I believe is her husband. Overall, we enjoyed it.

The staff there was very friendly and helpful. It was obvious that they both were serious about providing a great visit with their super attitude, willingness to help and offer advice, and by maintaining the facilty in great condition.

This was our first time camping at Hawe Creek and we loved it! It's small and quiet and sits on a beautiful part of the lake. Our campsite had a gorgeous view and was very nice. The bathhouse was nice and clean, and it was well lit at night which was a big plus for me. We could easily pull our boat up to our campsite, which was a huge plus for my fisherman husband. The staff was very friendly, attentive and helpful. Sometimes going above and beyond to make sure we were happy. It is very close to McCormick, so running into town for supplies, shopping or restaurants was a breeze. Thank you for making our stay a dream!

Hawe Creek is a favorite of the campgrounds that we use. Have stayed there many times. It’s one of the smaller campgrounds so not as crowded and much quieter than some. Host are great and keep the grounds and bath houses very clean. Sites are spaced nicely with plenty of foliage. Highly recommend.
