Host were very nice people. Camp site had some trash in fire ring and under table. Bathrooms weren’t clean or well maintained.

The campground is nice as always. The cleanliness of the facilities was just ok if you're particular about that, but compared to a federally operated pit toilet they are MUCH nicer. I'm not sure when it happened, but they've removed the water spigot from the tent camping area at the top of the hill, so you have to get water from the restrooms, which is a hassle. The fire rings at the tent sites are nicer than what I've seen here in the past, but those are sort of a consumable item so your experience may differ.
This place is usually busy on the weekends and clears out on Sunday. As is frequently the case, there were some obnoxious people staying at a site nearby to the one that I was occupying, chopping wood & talking loudly at least until 2:30 in the morning. If avoidance of these types is important to you, then you might try to schedule your trip for the early part of the week when the campground is mostly empty.
I don't think I had cell coverage here which is truly a rare treasure to find anywhere in this nation anymore.
Cherry Hill campground is an excellent value for the money in my opinion.

Clean, wooded sites with good privacy. Small campground not overly crowded.

The campground and bathrooms were quiet and very clean. Our site was very private with lots of foliage so we didn't feel like we were on top of our neighbors.
Only con were the unmarked trailheads. It took us a while to find our way especially with no cell service on the campsite. We wished the campsite had trail maps.

Campsite and bathroom was clean. Trout fishing in the nearby Chatooga River was good. All around good stay in spite of the rain.

Really nice campground, very convenient to the Foothills Trail. I love to stay here. I just wish it was open year round.

The tent sites are fine and separated. The only complaint were all trash bins were overflowing and the bathrooms. There are 4 bathrooms only 1 or 2 were working at a time. Hasn't been cleaned in a long time. Broken showers. 1 barely worked and the other one spray everywhere. Would restock toilet paper but it's a big camp ground for only 2 bathrooms. Otherwise peaceful area

The campsite was perfect for my 20' Airstream. Cherry Hill Campground was in relatively good shape for a primitive campground. Will definitely go there again.
