Coneross Park is praised for its beautiful, well-maintained sites with ample space and stunning lake views, providing a peaceful and family-friendly atmosphere. Many visitors appreciate the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the clean facilities, despite some noting that the bathrooms need updating. While the low water levels and some maintenance issues were mentioned, overall, guests express a strong desire to return and continue making memories at the campground.

Beautiful Park! Love the fact that there are trash cans everywhere. Also loved our site and all the fireflies!

The campground is nice with big sites however it needs a lot of cleanup work. There are dead limbs falling out of trees because they are dead and should have been cleared out. So when a storm comes through you’re going to have damage done to your camper. Big limb fell on our camper during storm and ended up costing 11,500.00 to replace roof. One fell 4 ft away from my husband when he was outside a few years back. It would have killed him if it would have struck him. The state parks do so much better at keeping parks cleared out. The underbrush is always cleared out as well as dead limbs.

Nice campground, but most all campsites have ant issues. Lots of poison ivy. There were dead bugs in the bathroom on the first day we arrived, and they didn't get cleaned until day 4.

Park itself is really nice. Lots of boats on the lake and many people are not considerate of swimmers near the shore. Very good lake access from our site. Rules about keeping dogs on leashes not enforced at all. Many dogs came in our site from nearby campers.
