Spacious site. Nice facilities: bathroom, shower and dish washing station. Cold water fill up. Ice cream at the store was delicious when it's 95 degrees. :)

Cedar Pass Campground offers beautiful scenery and a perfect location for exploring the Badlands, with friendly campground hosts and clean, spacious sites that provide privacy. Guests enjoy excellent stargazing opportunities and convenient access to trails and facilities. However, some reviews mention outdated showers and occasional cleanliness issues in the bathrooms, as well as a lack of shade and privacy between sites. Overall, visitors appreciate the campground's charm and its proximity to the park's attractions.

We had a wonderful stay at Cedar Pass campground. The ONLY thing we didn't love, was that when we pulled into our site, our door opened to the road. Traffic was never an issue as everyone drove incredibly slow through the campground, but having the option to enter the site from the other direction would have been nice. The restrooms in our loop were very clean and the views were breathtaking. I would stay here again, but I'd take more consideration as to which side of the road our site is on.

Bathrooms and showers could use attention. Otherwise it was pleasant.

The rangers held a starry night presentation that was amazing! We camped right after a fair amt of rainfall- the ground was quite slippery but the grounds were well kept!

Lovely grassy campground with 360 views of spires and spiky hills. Campsites are small, but all have a picnic table and because they are grassy, plenty of space. Close to the lodge and visitor center.

This is a great small park for a night or two. Very compact but very well kept. Bonus… you are right in the park with beautiful views
