Cedar Pass Campground offers beautiful scenery and a perfect location for exploring the Badlands, with friendly campground hosts and clean, spacious sites that provide privacy. Guests enjoy excellent stargazing opportunities and convenient access to trails and facilities. However, some reviews mention outdated showers and occasional cleanliness issues in the bathrooms, as well as a lack of shade and privacy between sites. Overall, visitors appreciate the campground's charm and its proximity to the park's attractions.

Campground is in very good condition with clean bathrooms and shower facilities. My site was level and an easy walk to the picnic table. It was a short walk to the amphitheater for the evening Ranger talk (excellent). I arrived during the time when a Ranger was at the entrance and they were helpful in getting me checked in.

This campsite was out of this world!! We loved falling asleep under amazing stars and waking up to see the light hitting the hill tops.

Cramped sites. Not really pull thru- more like pull to side of road. Many sites closed. No attendant. Would not recommend.

Wonderful campground and park. We were surprised by how beautiful and amazing it was. We knew it’d be great but didn’t expect how great it would be. The campground is clean and offers great views.

Very very dark at night for optimal view of the sky. Bathrooms clean. Bring quarters for the shower.

Camp hosts were great, facilities were nice and clean, super quiet and perfect for the family. Food at the lodge was also really good!
