Small sites with no privacy or tree cover. Pretty scenery but not an ideal campsite

Nice older campground. But we were there, the days were very hot with little shade. However, the nights were nice and cool with amazing star viewing. I do feel that reduced hours for generators should be considered, as nothing ruins a quiet day/evening like a noisy generator.

Cedar Pass has nice sites with great views. Restrooms were spotless. Best of all, it was a short walk to amazing amphitheater programs every night. Get an electric site. They need to have more electric sites.

We had a non-electric site for our 20 ft travel trailer. First the site was tight, with our trailer parked in the "pull-through" spot and the RV directly across the road from us, it was a tight fit for any trailer coming around the loop trying to fit between us. Then the site wasn't level. It was the only place on our entire month long trip where we needed to level the trailer sideways.
Other than that the location was great, with a beautiful sunset view and gorgeous views of the sunrise. Deer calmly wandering through. Easy access to the nighttime ranger program and night sky presentation. The visitor center and trailheads to the best trails were nearby.

Really enjoyed the spaciousness of the campground. Also liked seeing the wild horses near the river. How exciting to see the bison walk right through the campground!

No complaint. Just advise if you're tent camping to be prepared for wind and probably stick to lower profile tents.

This campground needs a Camp Host to oversee operations and to provide a presence regarding the rules. Unlike the other National Park campgrounds that we have camped at with a Camp Host, many people ran their RV generators at night, thus it was quite noisy. There were two campers right next to us smoking as well. The scenery is beautiful and the campground itself okay and basic. The sites are really close to each other, so all of these rude campers really impacted the overall camping experience.
