Cottonwood Campground is consistently praised for its beautiful scenery, cleanliness, and friendly atmosphere. Recent upgrades, such as concrete pads and improved facilities, have enhanced the camping experience, along with the quiet surroundings and ample shade. While some visitors noted minor concerns like the lack of full hookups and the need for trimming trees, overall, campers enjoyed their stays and appreciated the well-kept amenities and peaceful environment.

Lovely campground with lots of cottonwood trees. It’s nice to sit on the benches along the lake shore or can bring your own chair.
Clean restrooms.
Campsites have enough room between them.

Nice campground. Paved spots… but don’t be fooled, they are not level. Nice big shade trees but they are very mature and it would be a little scary in a wind storm. Although it is a big campground it is quiet. Love the space between each site. Great bathrooms…. CLEAN!!! Thank you ❣️. Enjoyed taking our e-bikes out on the biker/hiker trails.
