The campground itself is beautiful & very clean. The restrooms were very nice & very clean. There aren’t any extras at the campground like you’ll find at most - like putt putt or a pool, but it’s just a quiet place to relax or enjoy the ocean. Our only concern was on the day the men came to mow. It wasn’t just a couple hour disturbance - it was a whole day ordeal. They mowed, ran weed eaters, & then blowed everything off the road. And then they mowed again & again & again. They’d leave our section of the campground & then come back. We were tent camping so there was nowhere for us to go to get away from the noise & constant annoyance. We couldn’t figure out why they kept coming back & spot mowing besides they were just playing around or trying to be annoying as they saw us sitting out trying to talk. Our food was ruined with all the dust & grass debris that was thrown in the air (we had waited until they left our side of the campground to eat but then they returned). Since we were tent camping all of our supplies, food, & gear are outdoors & everything was covered in grass & dirt. I understand grass has to be mowed, but this was a bit too much.

Very clean well kept CG. Washrooms, dated. Only a couple concerns. Seems pretty common for folks to wash dishes and then toss the grey water on the ground. And the hose at the newer dump station doesn't have threads to allow black tank flush. This may be by design. Mosquitoes weren't bad but tiny flying beetles were annoying. Small enough to get through the screens. Friendly staff and campers.

Solid place to stay however I did step on a yellow jacket nest that was in my campsite. Still getting 5 stars because you can’t stop nature. I’m just glad it was me and not my kids.

We was on site 28 and it was the best site that we had stayed at. It has an amazing view and easy access to the water.
