If you're planning on star gazing get as far from grounds keepers site as possible. Lights hanging everywhere on 24/7.
Boats some bother but it is the area for boats to be.

I always love jacobs creek. The hosts are really nice and most of the people here are very kind and friendly.

I love jacobs creek. Most of the time everyone here is super nice. Wished they would stop people taking dogs inside bathrooms. Also people let dogs poop everywhere on beach were you swim.

First time ever camping. Very clean and quite perfect for a good escape of society. Meet the neighbors and had an over all great experience definitely going again.

Always enjoy camping in this facility. Camp Host is visible throughout the day/night. They keep the bathroom facilities in clean disposition.

The campground was nice and well kept. We enjoyed our time there. However, there were campers all around us yelling into late hours of the night, blasting music and generally being loud, but we were told to quiet down while sitting around the campfire at 10pm because we were right next to the campsite host. We packed up early to avoid the storm and considered coming back once the storm was over, but someone swarmed our campsite and took it over within 10 minutes of our things being packed up. It was an overall nice experience.

Great place to camp, relax and enjoy the recreation area. And the hosts are great!
