What Guests Are Saying
Adventure Bound Gatlinburg offers a pleasant camping experience with clean RV sites, friendly staff, and a convenient location near Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Many guests appreciated the well-equipped campsites, friendly atmosphere, and enjoyable amenities like the camp shop and food trucks. However, the pool received negative feedback for cleanliness and safety, and some restrooms were not consistently maintained, but overall, families expressed a desire to return for future visits.

We met up with some friends with their RV. We had water hook up and electricity. If we didn't, there was several bathrooms close by. The bathhouse was very clean. There was 1 issue in the men's bathroom, but the staff jumped into action as soon as they were notified. Everything was wonderful. Staff was fun and helpful. This was my family's first camping experience and we WILL BE BACK!

Our family has stayed several times in the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area. We love this area, but we also like to be a bit secluded. This place delivered in spades. About 30mins from both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge made it the perfect home base to go enjoy various activities, while also being able to come back and enjoy some peace and quite.
Our site was a creekside site with full hookups, had plenty of shade and was a very short walk to the fishing pond and playground. All in all, we could not have found a better campground for us. We will definitely be back again.

Restroom near the playground was always dirty, showers as well. The Restroom at the back of camp was clean and nice. The maintenance guy Dave was awesome, he saved this place from a purely negative review. We've camped there several times in the past. Will probably go back, due to its location. Hopefully management will hire some cleaning staff or at least get a camp host to keep up the Restroom. I know because its close to the playground, the kids make it difficult but, for the money we spent for our 8 day stay. They should do better.

We spent 4 days here in a RV and it was very clean, smelled good, there were pots, cookie sheets, silverware, steak knives, coffee mugs, coffee pot, glasses, toaster, plates, bowls, small dish soap, dish rag and scouring pad, paper towels, 2 rolls of TP (we bought another 4 pack in the store there). Bring your own sheets ,blankets, pillows, grill tongs/spatula, toiletries, bathroom soap to wash your hands and hand towel for drying. It was a great time & everyone was friendly. Definitely rent the golf cart. Ice cream was great in the store, Kona ice drove through and there was a lemonade kettle corn food truck. Thanks for the great stay, we will be back.

Campsite was good, staff was good, nice camp shop but the pool, unfortunately not. Which sucks because that's why we booked here.
- Not sure the last time it was cleaned, water was cloudy greyish color
- It's a free for all. If you enjoy adults and children jumping on your head, diving, and complete disregard, this is the pool.
- No lifeguard, No rules
So unfortunately, not a return destination for us.
