Arrowcreek Campground is the perfect place to stay—whether you’re here for a weekend getaway, a long-term stay, or even year-round living! The grounds are always clean, peaceful, and beautifully kept, and the amenities make it feel like home. The staff is outstanding, and Jessica is absolutely wonderful—always friendly, helpful, and ready to go the extra mile to make sure every guest feels welcome. You can tell they truly care about their guests here. Highly recommend Arrowcreek for anyone looking for a relaxing, well-run place to stay!!!

Unlock the bathrooms and make the shower house available. You made us believe that these amenities were included before we signed our 3
Month agreement in this fall. Shutting off the water multiple times for maintenance and then completely shutting down the community bathrooms/showers is illegal.

RVIA does not cover deceit.. they lied to us and are neglecting to correct the situation. They just ghost. That’s not good business. Shutting off bathing services in a campground is unethical when YOU DO NOT DISCLOSE that those facilities will be closed. We are going to sue you for your deception and neglect. We are currently gathering evidence. No one checked anything on our R.V as far as a RVIA certification… they are not inspecting anything; they should be investigated and inspected. Jessica… ignores us and there is no management on site most of the time.. I’ve never seen anyone except Gary the maintenance man. He seems like a decent guy, kind of suprised that he would work for such a shady place. OPEN THE BATHROOMS or you will have more than dog crap randomly around the park.
Shame on you.

If you’re looking for a budget-friendly place for a short stay or vacation, Arrowcreek Campground is a decent option. It’s located between downtown Gatlinburg and Newport, so you get the mountain feel without being totally isolated.
In my personal opinion and from my own personal experiences:
I would not recommend living here full-time. The campground is constantly under maintenance and renovation, and long-term living comes with frequent interruptions. Water, internet, and power have gone out multiple times—sometimes for planned maintenance without much notice (not emergencies, which are understandable). That’s manageable short-term, but not realistic for long-term stability.
Great for vacations or short stays (3 months or less).
Anything long-term (6+ months), I personally wouldn’t recommend—especially if you need consistency, reliability, and routine.

Well we got to our room, could not get in. Sometime between when we left and arrived they changed our cabin. When we finally got in to it we find the shower broken. Putting water all over the floor of the bathroom. We called the only number we had, a call center in Florida. That person did not seem to be concerned, she said they would contact someone. After 9 hour drive the half hour wait to get into our room seem to be an eternity. The maintenance guy and his wife( for the life of me i can not remember his name) both showed up checked the shower issue found he could not fix it right away. He could not due to not having spare parts. He checked the cabin we were originally supposed to be in. He and his wife and the other camp worker Rachel checked that cabin top to bottom to make sure it was OK for us to stay in. It was a very nice cabin. After we settled in for the night we found the cabin heater did not work. On my own since you can not get ahold of anyone on the 800 number I tried the code to cabin 10 it still worked, I was able to switch the heaters so we had heat for the weekend. I advised both the office worker Rachel and the maintenance guy of the situation with the heater and he said that was fine. Again the maintenance guy, his wife and the Rachel are the only reason you are getting a 5 star rating. They saved the weekend for us.

If I could give this campground negative stars, I absolutely would.
Our experience here has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. The campground has a serious rat problem, and because of it, our RV was damaged. This issue should have been prevented and properly addressed by management.
This is not a kid-friendly place at all. Children are constantly being reprimanded for simply acting like kids.
The property manager, Jessica, is rarely ever on-site. She is quick to complain and issue notices, but almost never available when residents actually need help. In contrast, the maintenance manager Daniel and his wife Becca are always around, responsive, and willing to help whenever needed. They are the only reason many issues get addressed.
Residents are charged random fees with little explanation. Then management claims payments are late in order to tack on additional charges. Eviction notices seem to be handed out every couple of weeks whenever a new charge is added.
The bathhouses are extremely outdated and honestly look like something out of an old horror movie. The cabins are old, poorly maintained, and some reportedly have black mold. During our stay, someone even passed away in one of the cabins.
Management claims to conduct background checks, but some of the individuals staying here make that difficult to believe.
Overall, this has been a terrible experience. Between the rats, questionable fees, poor management, outdated facilities, and lack of concern for residents, I would not recommend this campground to anyone.
