Beautiful setting, very clean campsite, quiet neighbors, and good flush toilet. Very nice to have a small campground limited to tent camping only but accessible without needing to hike in.

5

Great camping spot right along an incredible GSMNP iconic stream. Trails accessible right from the site, without needing to drive to a trailhead. Will definitely plan to come back for another visit.

Big Creek is a special place. With only 12 campsites and being close to the creek, it is quite and very serine.

I spent one night out at Big Creek Campground.

I mostly loved it.

My only complaint is that some of the camp sites were a little close to each other. Next time I camp there - I will know a little better about which camp site to pick.

Other than that - I have no complaints. The bathroom was nice. The waterfall was flowing. The stars were beautiful.

I liked the fact that it was a tent only campground.

I made a fire and that was really nice too.

Anyway - I would definitely camp at Big Creek Campground again.
