Absolutely excellent location and experience. Creek right there within site, bathroom a one-minute walk away, running water right next to the site. Friendly staff, well-maintained grounds. We will absolutely be returning to this gem of a site.

This is one of the best campgrounds in the GSMNP.
One thing that has to be improved is thereare many holes in the gravle road leading into BIg Creek and the campground. They cannot be missed when getting to the campground. If these are not filled in, cars can be damaged.

Nice secluded area of GSMNP. Couple nice hikes right from the campground. Sites were spacious and spread apart!
