We were on B16. There had been some drainage work done and the site was left in poor condition. The ground was soft which sank under tire pressure. They left large pieces of rock and drain piping out of the ground. They had torn out the boarding in places and just left a piles up mess. Hopefully, they are not through and will return to correct these concerns. Even with all this, we were able to work around it and our stay was enjoyable.

Had a great time. Kids enjoyed it. Movie night on Saturday was a big surprise-didn't see it advertised. Another kid told our grandson and off we went. The spring fed pool was clean and extremely cold. Only the adults seemed to notice.
Erwin is just 10 minutes away and worth the visit. Several rafting groups are also less than 20 minutes away. Family rafting is a must!
Park is clean and there is also a small playground for younger children.

Rock Creek is our favorite place to camp. The spots are spacious and private, the bath house is always clean. Whipporills are heard every night. Love this place.

I wish they had water hookups at the site and I wish they could clean out the concrete pool so it would be more desirable to swim in. Other than that, the bathrooms were clean and it was a quiet campground. I would go again.

Very nice and quiet in lush forest.
Last of three day stay, a public-school bus unloaded 15? people next to us. I think they took 3 sites. All was good at first.
They of course all wind up at double site picnic tables and got louder and louder yelling and screaming to each other ruining the peaceful atmosphere.
My advice would be this should only happen in the group site not on loops. Very disappointed.

first time here, very relaxing, quite. sites were larger than expected, easy to back into. power plugs need to be redone, old and very loose. will return and stay again. to make it easier to get in and check out, those that need water or the dump station , I would offset each loop on separate hours. might cut down on wait time. just a thought.
