Lovely clean beach. Nice fishing and dock area. This was a great break in our long trip. The people at the beach were very friendly. The attendants at the gate were very sweet and nice. Right next to the beach is a small playground.

Gorgeous scenic views on the shoreline of J. Percy Priest Lake! Great location to hike, enjoy a swim beach, walk by the water, go #boating from a launch ramp, or for ๐Ÿงบ picnics. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Nashville District operates and maintains this day use area. It costs $5 per vehicle to enter. #Outdoors #CorpsLakes #Recreation #Hiking

Great Family Area! No entry fees Monday-Wednesday.
Parking was just a few feet from the water and has a great jungle gym. No swings though. The park Ranger gives a 30min notice before closing beach area. Mostly Sandy bottom. The beach area has about a 2 feet concrete wall you have to climb down surrounding most of the area but at the far end in front of the play area it is flat. Incredible day with my 2 1/2 years old. Highly recommend.
