Beautiful park! Short drive into to Smithville or Cookeville. The early morning you can see the fog coming off the cool water of the Camry Fork.

First impression of hostess, not good at all, can't type other description. 2nd taxes paid means, All money's pays for host/hostess salary as well as whole camp ground. 3rd, reservation of site called for 76 ft, of which I only used about 40 ft. Why would I tent camp on rocky pad vs soft grass. Hostess and host very rude in telling us tents go on rocky pad and to move them immediately. WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS CAMP GROUND!!!

This is probably one of the best kept COE parks I've stayed at so far. Really, really well maintained and well laid out. The only reason I took one star away is because the sites don't have sewer, and the wi-fi was inconsistent. Overall it's a great value though, and I'd go back in a heartbeat. If you're into fishing you'll love the river and lake. We don't fish, but found Cummins Falls and Burgess Falls nearby made for great day trips.
