It is a very nice park at the base of Center Hill dam.

Longbranch is one of our favorite sites. It is quiet (except Fri and Sat) and the fellow campers friendly. Edgar Evins State Park is near by for hiking.

Nice campground below the dam. Not a huge campground, sites are rather close but nicely laid out in such a way as to minimize presence of neighboring campers. Most all sites are level with water & electric. Superb access to the beautiful Center Hill Lake for boating and fishing as well as access to Caney Fork river for kayaking and trout fishing. About 15-20 mi to the closest WalMart so make sure you bring everything you will need.

We didn't like the site #57 as much as other sites because it is right next to a main road with loud traffic.

Really enjoyed watching the river rise and fall. The staff working at the campground were very nice and helpful. The facility was very clean I am the bonus features of laundry facility and fish cleaning house were an extra benefit.
