Absolutely beautiful facility, amazing staff and other than the kids on their e-bikes speeding around it was a perfect spot for me and my girls to spend a few days. Keep up the good work!

This is a hard rating to decide on, honestly it was a poor experience due to the fact we had a tree fall on our camper. We like the campground typically but obviously this trip was not a typical camping trip. Although this tree may not have been preventable by better care and/or attention to trees, it does seem there could be an improvement in that area. (The portion of tree that fell on us was not dead or rotten) although there was some dead limbs in that tree and the area. But that dead limb is still in that tree! Go figure.. LOL.
As for the camp hosts, they could not have been any better, very friendly and personable and helpful. From the time we checked in until the accident 2 days later we had several interactions with them and they were excellent!
We had some great neighbors as well, especially the gentleman in site 14 that gave us some eternabond tape to seal the large hole in the slide roof. Thank you.
After this unfortunate trip, we will most likely return if we get another camper and that is mainly because of the awesome hosts and their attitudes.

Long Branch campground had the nicest volunteer ambassadors and it’s a small but beautiful campground. There are two shower houses and no matter which campsite you are in at least one of the bath houses is a convenient distance. It’s surrounded by water and the entire area is great for boating and kayaking but beware of turbulent waters, as the water rises quickly. Signs nearby indicate a number of people have drowned in the area over then years. The water stayed surprisingly cold despite the intense heat wave we’d been experiencing so it wasn’t safe to wade in beyond your ankles. We liked the location so much we spent two nights instead of one and plan to return again someday.

This is a great campground if you kayak and fish. Not much else around. No cell or no TV Channels. The biggest problem is the last two nights , there was a large group and they were very loud and disrespectful til after midnight both night. Nothing was done about it.

Campgrpund was great beside the fact that I was rudely spoke to when calling to see if I could change to a open site and was told id have to cancel and eat the $40 and rebook the other site rather then them being able to just transfer me to the open shadier site
