What Guests Are Saying
Anderson Road Campground offers spacious and private sites with beautiful waterfront access, making it a great spot for families and outdoor enthusiasts. The manager, Ash, is noted for his friendly and caring demeanor, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. While the restrooms are older and could use some updates, they are kept clean, and the campground is well-maintained overall, providing a pleasant camping experience.

Anderson Road Campground is the perfect campground. Unlike most other campgrounds, you have privacy! Each site is huge, with woods between each one. It is very clean and the bathrooms are well kept. The people that run the campground are very friendly. If you have to have electric and water at the site, some of the sites would be a problem, but we didn't really miss either. Anderson Rd Campground also has it's own boat ramp, which is very convenient if you are bringing your boat. It's only problem is that it is not open year round. My husband and I have stayed there on and off for about 30 years now and we still love it!

A very nice campground! It would have been a five star, except for all the low tree limbs rubbing along the roof of our 12-foot-high motorhome, on the only road route in the campground! From that standpoint, it is not a BIG RIG friendly campground.

Great campsite close to the lake but still secluded from the other sites. Bathrooms could use some updating but were clean and offered hot showers. We we only about 20 minutes from downtown Nashville. Would certainly return, can't beat the price either.
