What Guests Are Saying
Anderson Road Campground offers spacious and private sites with beautiful waterfront access, making it a great spot for families and outdoor enthusiasts. The manager, Ash, is noted for his friendly and caring demeanor, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. While the restrooms are older and could use some updates, they are kept clean, and the campground is well-maintained overall, providing a pleasant camping experience.

Everything was great but I really just need one thing when I’m tent camping and that’s a flat space big enough for my tent. That was not at all possible on this site. Also, no table?

Many of the sites appear to be flat and easy to get into. Site 23 NOT recommended for even our small trailer. Backing in up hill into a narrow spot at a tough angle. Anything bigger than our small trailer would have trouble getting level. Campground was quiet. Restrooms were older but seemed clean. We didn’t use showers. Great location

We have stayed at Anderson Road many times. We tent camp and always stay in site 11. You can pitch the tent up at the fire pit and picnic table or go further down the wooded trail closer to the lake. This time we pitched the tent closer to the lake. The site was much cleaner than it has been in previous years, which was nice. As we explored the woods around, there was still an unfortunate amount of garbage washed up by the lake and that unscrupulous people have left on the rocks by the lake. I came prepared with gloves and a trash bag to clean up before we settled in to enjoy our time. It's pretty quiet and has the feel of being away from civilization which we enjoy. The kids love going to the lake beach nearby during the days.
