What Guests Are Saying
Anderson Road Campground offers spacious and private sites with beautiful waterfront access, making it a great spot for families and outdoor enthusiasts. The manager, Ash, is noted for his friendly and caring demeanor, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. While the restrooms are older and could use some updates, they are kept clean, and the campground is well-maintained overall, providing a pleasant camping experience.

The campground is nice. Good shade. Good Dump Station. No early check-in or dump before check-in so be sure to show up at 3pm or later as they will turn you away.

My family and I have been camping/boating at Anderson Recreation for many years. From dating my husband, to having my kids and now bringing my grandkids. Precious memories each time with the whole gang. We have 3 favorite spots. It's a safe place to camp. The spaces/premises are kept super clean, including the restrooms and Percy Priest Lake is beautiful. We always recommend.

From the moment we arrived until the sad day we had to leave, our experience was amazing! We arrived on time and appreciate the rules that are in place at Anderson Campground. The park manager was extremely friendly and amazingly helpful! Our chosen spot was well described and had a great deal of privacy from other sites. Checkout was as smooth as check in. We had an amazingly good time and can't wait to come back!

Anderson Road Campground was an unexpected delight. Each campsite had at least 1/2 acre surrounded by trees, level pad, fire pit, picnic table, grill, and lantern poll. Our site was on the lakefront. The entire campground is well maintained with pride. If it was possible to stay there for 3 months we would have, maybe next time.
Nashville is a short drive to explore and enjoy. If you are going to be traveling to/through Nashville then this is the place to camp. Don’t miss it.
