Bathrooms were clean and accessible. Campsite was clean and ready when we arrived. Park was beautiful. Location was close to an aid station for No Business 100 which made it easy for my family to support me during the race and convenient to other places as well. Staff at the camp store were extremely helpful and friendly. Overall a great experience.

We had a nice stay at Bandy Creek. Onsite water hookup wouldn't hold pressure so we ended up using our fresh tank. Site was nice and level.

Great campground with sites that give plenty of room for small or larger trailers.
If you have a trailer longer than 25’ you may need a 50 amp site to fit your trailer and tow vehicle (they have 50 and 30 amp plugs)
Located centrally to lots of hiking and some mountain biking without having to leave the campground is a real bonus.
We will be back.

While the tent pads lean a bit, the hiking was excellent.

Lovely campground! Love the nearby hikes and such! Only negative is having to dump when you leave, wish they had full hookups! Maybe someday?

Important Travel Advisory for Visitors to Bandy Creek Campground If you are traveling from Oneida, TN to Bandy Creek Campground via Highway 297, please be aware that this route includes a 13% downhill grade and winding curves as it descends into the gorge and crosses the Big South Fork River. This section of the highway can be especially challenging for large vehicles, RVs, and those towing trailers. Use caution, reduce speed, and shift to a lower gear before beginning the descent. If you are not comfortable with steep grades and sharp curves, consider an alternate route via Highway 154 to Bandy Creek Road. |
