Nice small campground with lots to see in the area. Not good for larger RVs. 30 amp only. Black top sites with large gravel patio area. Picnic tables and bear boxes at each site. Water at sites also. Playground for the kids. Roads are curvy and narrow to campground.

Wonderful place to camp. I loved how clean everything was and how friendly the staff were. The area itself is worth any drive. We loved hiking and biking this beautiful place. I also loved how not crowed the campground so don't read this review and stay away from this campground so I can keep it all to myself. I will be returning every year, multiple times a year.

The campground, campsite, and bathhouses were great. I only wish there were more trees closer to the tent pad. I use them to tie up a dining fly but there were none available. The park staff and rangers were excellent too!!!

We camp a lot, maybe 20+ times per year. We’ve been to every park in the state at some point, and this may have been our best experience yet. Yes, the weather was perfect for early fall, so that always helps, but the facilities were great, park was clean with so much to do, and the staff was awesome. We’ve also stayed at Blue Heron and had similar experiences but this was tops!

This is one of the nicest places to visit. Beautiful camping and hiking. Mountain biking looks to be promising as well. Our visit was primarily for backpacking, but will be back with bikes. The workers at Bandy Creek campground and visitors center were the best.
