This was a beautiful campground and park. We hit it during peak color so the winding roads were that much more remarkable. We hiked the twin arches which is difficult to find. I could find the trail on Alltrails, but google won't find it so I had to just view the map until we made it. It was my favorite hike despite the rain. We also hiked the John Litton trail found along the road where there is dispersed camping. The dogs were in heaven. Not a super crowded park so it was ideal.

Stayed here with some girl friends at A34 and it was perfect. Campsites were nicely spaced out and spacious. We were just close enough to the bathroom for midnight bathroom runs but not too close because well, you know. Bathrooms were *heated*! With running water and showers. We ended up not having to actually check in but we had no problems with our campsites at all. Would definitely return and recommend!

Great campground and sites. Very clean bathrooms. The trails are stunningly beautiful. The camp store needs a more regular schedule, but I did see flyers that they have an RFP out for a new management concession there.

First when arriving found that lot 39-D was not accommodating for my camper & truck. With the camper in front there was not enough room to unhook. Then no water. Since I couldn’t unhook and there was no phone signal I had to get a friend to take me to office. That took hours to get help. After a few days I had to move to D-41. That resulted in me falling off my truck and going to the ER with numerous broken bones. I tried to contact to cancel reservation to no avail as I’m hurt.

Our group was in group site E1. When we arrived there was no hot water and the bathhouse heaters would not come on. We immediately reported this and some workers came by. They said everything had been turned off because they recently had a water leak. They fixed the hot water situation but never got the heating situation fully corrected. The heaters would come on briefly in the women's side but the heaters never came on in the men's bath side. I personally reported this situation two more times to park personnel. In fact the third time I even went to the visitor center office and reported it. To my knowledge nothing was done to fully remedy the situation despite the temperatures being in the upper 20s at night. Our group has been coming to this site for 7 years now and this is the first time this has happened. I think you should make at least a partial refund to our group as having an adequately heated bath house was an important part of our decision to stay at this campsite.
