What Guests Are Saying
Ragland Bottom is highly praised for its friendly and helpful camp hosts, clean restrooms, and well-maintained facilities, making it a favorite camping destination. Visitors enjoy beautiful views of Center Hill Lake and appreciate the spacious, level sites available. While some noted issues like steep walk-in site access and occasional disturbances from other campers, the overall experience remains positive and many express a desire to return.

Nicest campground host , He is helpful and friendly. We love this park We keep coming back . It can be hard to get reservations on weekends so we mostly come during week. Wish some of the tent spots were converted for use by RVs and campers. They are usually empty seems like a waste of space that could be full all the time

We love this campground. It is beautiful and well maintained. The location is perfect for us which is why we come at least twice each year. The day use area has a nice beach and swimming area for those who don't have a boat, and there are a good number of sites that are next to the water as well.
I did mail a suggestion to the Army Corp to fix the platform for the boat ramp inside the campground. Campers are allowed to use the day use ramp with no extra fee, and it has a good platform. Weekends are the only difficult time due to the popularity of the lake. That's when we really wish we had the platform with the ramp inside the campground.
