We were in space 8 and the view was gorgeous. The people that worked the gate were so sweet. We will go back.

This is a beautiful place. The pavilion was clean and ready for use. The park is clean and inviting. We used the "beach" and found it to be clean. The facilities were clean. We had some kids who used the play ground and enjoyed it very much.
This is another fine example of Tennessee parks!

My site was great, level, and had a lovely view. I was disappointed that there were not any hiking trails.

Very nice campground located near Sparta and Smithville. Parking is on level pavement and with FHU. There are some sites closer to the lake that is water-electric only. The park is sort of terraced. Plenty of camp-hosts onsite and they are friendly. We would stay here again.

Nice quiet campground. Good access to the lake. The Hiking trail is a mess though, doesn't look maintained for quite some time. Also, the bathroom next to Hiking trail is locked up and looks unused for a long time.

Only licensed vehicles are permitted. Each campsite is provided for two pre-paid vehicle entry. Additional vehicles, or visitors to campers are charged $3 fee per vehicle. |
