What Guests Are Saying
Ragland Bottom is highly praised for its friendly and helpful camp hosts, clean restrooms, and well-maintained facilities, making it a favorite camping destination. Visitors enjoy beautiful views of Center Hill Lake and appreciate the spacious, level sites available. While some noted issues like steep walk-in site access and occasional disturbances from other campers, the overall experience remains positive and many express a desire to return.

Our campsite was not ready when we arrived to due folks on our campsite having problems with camper. Campground hosts were so apologetic to us but also went above and beyond to help campers having the issues with their camper. Very nice campground. Didn't get to enjoy much as we were just stopping overnight.

We loved this camping site! The lake was beautiful and we went kayaking. The actual sites 24, 25, 26 and 28 were excellent. Not too far from the bathroom or the road. A bit hard to navigate the inclination of the terrain but not impossible. The camp hosts were the BEST!

One of our favorite campgrounds. Very well maintained, and a great (central lake) location to launch your boat.

Nice campground, not extremely big. It is hilly but the pads seemed flat and level, typical COE.
Beautiful lake. Sites on lakefront could accommodate beaching boat but lake is not extremely wide so expect considerable wake.

The Water was way too far out from the swimming area. The water level has been said by many campers that the level has been too low for several years. A weekend when the rain finally was not in the forecast and could not go swimming. The bottom of the stairs for the tent sites are eroded away and it is difficult going to and from the road to the campsites. The scenery is beautiful though.
