Absolutely beautiful campground on Center Hill Lake, gorgeous vistas, awesome Hosts and Volunteers! Definitely worth a return trip 👍 Side note to Army Corp of Engineers, please supply more adequate lighting and signage for the entire campground, we came in after dark and due to the lack of proper signs and lighting we almost ended up in the lake! Tow truck was called and pulled us back up the boat ramp (p.s. it was raining and the boat ramp has no traction, no sign to indicate it was a boat ramp, or a turnaround so we kinda got stuck 🤷♀️) I believe the hosts and volunteers, who were tremendous and helped us every step of the way, have asked for these improvements numerous times to no avail. Fortunately everything turned out ok for us and the rest of our stay was phenomenal!

I thought Ragland Bottom was a very pretty campground. We had a nice flat spot that we were able to set up two tents on. All of the spots closest to the water were very pretty.
The camp hosts were a very sweet couple and we enjoyed our chats with them.
I hope we make it back to this lovely location in the future!

I want to say this place is terrible so that it will be easier for me to get into. However, it is not terrible. The place is great. We enjoyed the campground so much, and are looking forward to the next time we can visit.

Great hosts at Ragland Bottom. They set the tone for friendliness that set the pace for all campers. Met other friendly campers. Tidy sites and bath house. Nice playground for small children, nice beach front for swimming.
