Ragland Bottom is highly praised for its friendly and helpful camp hosts, clean restrooms, and well-maintained facilities, making it a favorite camping destination. The park is very clean, but the only trail is not maintained and the only bathroom in the tent camping area is not open (out of order). The rails along the steps from tent camping to the bathroom/showers by the RV camping area are broken. The showers do not have a bench or anywhere to put your items you would like to keep dry (clothes, toiletries, etc).

This campground and crew are awesome. Not only did they greet you with a few gifts at the gate, but they have gone the distance on superb clean up and maintaining the campgrounds. Despite the weather and storms that tore up the tent camping area, they quickly ensured the RV campground area was safe and clean for the spring camping. Awesome work by the crews, appreciated by the campers. Happy people here!
