Beautiful lake - nice swimming area. Enjoyed the hike around the lake.
Also enjoyed the drive on the Cherohala Skyway to NC; lots of overlooks and trailheads.

WE HAVE BEEN GOING TO INDIAN BOUNDARY FOR AWHILE NOW AND IT IS ABSOLUTELY OUR FAVORITE PLACE TO CAMP ! THE HOSTS ARE FANTASTIC, THEY ARE VERY FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND THEY DO AN EXCELLENT JOB KEEPING THE RESTROOMS NICE AND CLEAN. THERE ARE MANY BEAUTIFUL ATTRACTIONS IN THE AREA. BALD RIVER FALLS ARE BREATHTAKING, THERE IS FISHING ALL IN THE AREA AS WELL AS AT THE CAMPGROUND. AND OF COURSE IT IS BEAUTIFUL JUST DRIVING THE ROADS IN THE AREA AND TAKING IN THE SCENERY. CAMPING AT INDIAN BOUNDARY IS BOUND TO PLEASE EVEN THE HARD TO PLEASE.

The campground was kept in great condition. The only thing that would be nice to have on the campsites is better access to water. Water hookups would be nice.

Love this campground. I'm sick of picking up trash around locations where kayaks are put in. If you bring it in take it out.

My Mom was born in Monroe County. Going to Indian Boundary is like going home. I love this place. Off the grid.

We had a great time and loved the lake! Spiders are kinda everywhere at night, even like under your picnic table area, which is expected I guess lol. I would suggest having a screen tent for that area if possible and enjoy hanging out at night. Only complaint I really have is I felt we were kinda nit picked at, about a few things bc our tent area was near host sites. If you know about the campground, I would just suggest getting one further away. We were told to turn OFF, not down or anything, the music that we were playing in the middle of the day. I was under the impression that quiet time was after 10pm. It was like 3pm with only my husband, me, and our 6 year old son, so we weren’t loud at all. The music wasn’t blaring or anything. I mean people have it louder at the lake where everyone is and several playing at one time. I just believe it was bc we were near two host sites and apparently didn’t like the music. Wasn’t really a big deal, and we turned it off, but I was a little upset that we were asked to completely shut it off when it was the middle of the day. It was also a Sunday and besides the host area, there was many empty sites around us that stayed empty. We stayed til Monday and they were never occupied; was just a little aggravating. All in all, we had a great time as a family and really enjoyed being together there! This is always one of our favorite places. I will just be a bit more choosey about my site location next time. Now I know why it was available on a weekend, on short notice lol
