What Guests Are Saying
Indian Boundary Campground offers a beautiful, tranquil setting with well-maintained facilities, spacious and shaded campsites, and clean bathrooms, making it an ideal location for family-friendly activities like hiking, swimming, and kayaking. Many visitors appreciate the peaceful atmosphere and the helpful camp hosts, as well as the scenic lake and beach area. However, some concerns include limited bathroom facilities, occasional rudeness from park rangers, and the lack of cell service, which may impact convenience. Overall, it's a cherished spot for many campers who enjoy the natural beauty and outdoor experiences it provides.

What a beautiful campground!loved the spacious sites, campground hosts and the beautiful lake ,very nice trail around lake to walk or bike 3.2 miles all the way around the lake. The camp store has plenty of supplies of all sorts and the owner Billy is a friendly and wonderful guy to talk to.This a wonderful place to come and relax it's in a remote location 15 miles up the cherohala skyway ,which is a gorgeous drive over to Robbinsville North Carolina, also a must see bald River falls near the fish hatchery on bald River Rd.

As always it was a great experience. Campground is always neat and tidy. Beautiful Mountain View’s, clear lake and perfect amenities for any level of camping. We go at least 2x a year and will continue to do so.

Indian Boundary is a beautiful campground and we have visited many times before. This particular time was cold and windy but we still enjoyed ourselves. Beautiful lake for fishing and swimming with a lovely beach, and a hiking trail around the lake. Very nice camp store which is well-stocked. Great place for kids and families. Don't expect TV, internet or cell phone reception.

Sites are well spaced so your not on top of someone. The great lake offers a lot of out door experiences, Camping store has most anything you need if you left something behind. I had left my life jacket behind, and they offered me one of theirs to use. Friendly HOST campers.
