General
- Elmdale RV Park Rules
- OR PIGTAILS ALLOWED. Elmdale RV Park is not responsible for any electrical components on RV’s.
Safety & rules
- Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m., and loud music is not allowed at any time.
- Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times, and the park is not responsible for their safety.
- Trash must be bagged and tied, with boxes broken down. Sites must be kept clean, and vehicle washing is allowed but may be restricted.
- Fireworks and open firearms are strictly prohibited on the property.
- Disorderly conduct and illegal activities will lead to immediate eviction without a refund.
- Illegal drugs are prohibited, and violators will be evicted without a refund.
- These rules are established for the health and welfare of all guests.
Vehicles & parking
- The speed limit is set at a maximum of 7.5 mph within the park.
- Each RV space allows parking for two vehicles, which should be parked in front of the RV.
- Inoperable or unlicensed vehicles cannot remain on the premises, and major repairs are not allowed.
Utilities
- A positive sewer seal is required at both ends of the sewer hose, and it must be connected according to Tennessee law.
Site types & loops
- Clotheslines, electric space heaters, and certain electrical modifications are not allowed.
- Camping or sleeping in cars outside is not permitted.
- Guests cannot build or place outside storage units on the property.
Pets
- Pets are allowed but must comply with specific conditions.
- Pets must be leashed or caged outside the RV, except for certain supervised cats. Unsupervised pets may be impounded.
- Pets are not allowed on other guests' RV sites.
- Guests must clean up after their pets, or a $25 fee will be charged for each violation.
- Pets must not disturb others; continuous disturbances can result in removal from the park within 24 hours.
- Pets cannot be tied or chained to any structures within the park.
- Pets must not have a history of biting, and any pet that injures someone must be removed immediately.
- Aggressive pets may result in being asked to leave the park without compensation.
- Guests are liable for any claims or damages related to their pets.
- The park may restrict certain pets, including aggressive dog breeds.
- Service dogs are allowed with proper documentation, regardless of breed.
- Non-compliance with pet rules may result in penalties or default of the rental agreement.
Site capacity
- Each rental space allows only one RV and one vehicle.
Local regulations
- Mail delivery to the park is not accepted; guests should use a post office box instead.
- Management has the right to evict or refuse service for rule violations without refund and can change rules as needed.
Fires & fuel
- Campfires are permitted only in portable, covered fire pits and not on grass; ashes should not go in trash bins.
