Aransas Oaks RV Resort

It's a beautiful RV resort It has a heated pool I believe It has two pawns lots of shade trees It has slabs for the RVs It has a little dog park inside they also have dog walking stations along their their greatest it's just a great beautiful RV resort I personally do not live there but I have clients that I clean for that live there and I think it's beautiful and in the ponds there's all these ducks and you know lots of wildlife it's it's just a beautiful spot and the people that work on the property are extremely friendly they are wonderful I haven't met anyone over there that I just absolutely don't adore I definitely recommend it

We have stayed at Aransas Oaks the past 3 winters. Usually Jan-Mar 15. We love the Park, staff, office, landry, pool, and community room. Our biggest complaint is the low hanging Live Oak limbs and branches that scrap your class A and 5th wheel rv trailers. This is a problem at many sites and the main road around the south area of the park. Especially around site 80 and 82 area and beyond. We have complained for 3 yrs. We drove thru Majestic oaks and Drifters this yr and their Live Oaks have all been professionally raised. Please take our complaint seriously and raise your trees correctly at Aransas Oaks. It should not be left up to the staff to use manual means of trying to raise limbs every time they get a complaint. Please take care of your trees and your park like you have your sister parks.

This is a very nice, well kept park with concrete roads and RV pads. The pool is great! The restrooms, showers, clubhouse top notch. Security fence and gate a plus. Our neighbors were fabulous! We do like park activities such as shuffleboard, pickleball, or even club house potlucks or cards. Sign up sheet with volunteers would work!! But all in all a great place to stay!

BEWARE STICKERS EVERYWHERE! The whole grounds are covered in stickers and there is no attempt being made to eradicate them. The dog park is the only place without stickers, but the path to the dog park is full of them.
The grounds are well kept, sites are large, clubhouse showers and pool are well maintained.
Management is very sweet
Internet sucks
No shade.

The trees throughout the park are lovely but they are a problem. Parking and leaving were challenging and required someone from the office to escort us to our spot. We had to change our plans to arrive early in the morning in the daylight instead of the night before like we wanted because parking in the spot after dark was impossible. If you are going to stay a while then it's worth the fight in and out but for shorter visits staying somewhere with more lighting and access may be helpful. The office folks were very friendly and kind. The entire facility is very nice just challenging to use.
