This isn't the best place ever but it's was nice and convenient to explore Dallas and Fort Worth. The site we had was big and had a unique layout that I haven't seen before but it works well. One of the nicest things is that each site has it's own address so get Amazon or Walmart deliveries is a breeze. Checking in and getting to your site is a bit of a process but nothing too bad, you check in at the office and meet the guide in your section and follow him to your site, sounds standard I know but getting into and out the office can be a little tricky so use street view to plan your approach We camped at Treetops RV Community in a Motorhome.

I wanted to leave a review regarding to most recent storms and downed tree limbs. Tree tops resort has been on it. Management and workers! Any time there has been a storm with downed tree limbs, the very next day, after storm is over, they cut up and remove debris. They don't just leave it laying there. It's gone before most people need to drive out of resort. That is awsome service! Also, they do a great job at keeping tree limbs trimmed back, keep property very clean, and updating old spot with new gravel and fencing. Upkeep has always been spot on. Also, the ladies in the office who takes our payment for rent is always professional, courtesy and pleasant. Mark is always working as well as the other guy (can't remember his name) and helpful. The resort is always clean. Making staying here pleasant. Thank you Tree Top Resort team for being professional and keeping the resort clean and up to date. I would highly recommend travelers to come and stay rather for a day, weekend, week or months. It is quiet, clean, and serene. They offer fire pits at every site, picnic tables at every site, plenty of shade. Very nice resort.

We wasted our $81 dollars in this place. First, it is NOT a RESORT. It is a lie. The spot they gave us (#130) is near the dump and the big propane tank as shown on the map. It is also very congested. The picnic table is dirty, old, and ran down. There are some sharp edges. No one is at the office . It’s closed. We decided to get another place to spend the night because we feel very uncomfortable in the area that was assigned to us. By the way, finding an area at the last minute is stressful especially when you are tired driving from a far place. We were expecting some good rest when we reached the place but we were very disappointed. Pictures are deceiving. To add, our spot looks like a pathway. Not recommended.

We really enjoyed our 4 nights at Treetops.
The park was well maintained, front office staff was extremely friendly, nice laundry room as well. Big plus that their washing/drying machines take Apple Pay & Credit Card.
We enjoyed walking the park in the evenings and felt very safe.
Nice quiet quaint place to stay πŸ’™

Our family would visit again if in town!

It's upscale for an RV community, but the way it's managed and the foliage providing shade makes the price somewhat justified, and it's intended for extended stays. The location has immediate access to common amenities but also main freeway/hwy access is I-20 and the exit for the community is almost-ALWAYS backed up from the eastbound onramp.

I enjoyed my lot, while there. The site is very well-maintained.

Staff is friendly.
