Very quiet place friendly restrooms and showers on property a laundry room also

The lots were decently sized. The laundry room was really nice. Got clothes very clean. The bathrooms were okay. They will keep you warm during a cold front. I do want to say the reason why I'm giving a one star review today is that the management will not come to you If there's a problem ever, but will demand that you leave Intake Other people's opinions even though they have no solid proof at all. Neighbors will be loud to the point You can feel vibrations from your neighbor's house into yours and they will walk through your yard and pretty much look into your windows. So no privacy and heavens forbid you have kids and let them go to the rv park just to play on the swing 3 yeards from you they may call CPS on you.

Please do not come to this place.This is a awful place the manager , her name is jennifer she is a very bad person. She's a liar and she is not honest. Me and my husband moved there in a small camper. We told her that we were traveling at the time. We did not know that we were going to find.a place to stay for more room so my husband came to her and told her that we were moving. We gave her day's notice that we were leaving she seen to be okay with it.But when it was time for us to leave, she did not want to give us our refund the deposit cause.We were not there a whole month. So she wanted us to leave before we got our refund back.
She told us we had to be gone a certain time She has been lying about everything . Every time we go to get our money, she lies about not having it. She's not a fair person, she's dishonest and very disrespectful.Do not come to this place.It is a scam , so be aware , Thank you

The place is so nice .its very close to everything schools ,grocery stores and mall
Neighbor are good and friendly
The place are cleaned and well maintained
We been here for 8 months of staying and no issues about their management.

Awful RV park. Constant construction noise. Lots of road noise. They do background checks yet the park constantly smells like weed. Paid for a month had to leave early. No pro rated refund. Charged $50+ for electricity for less than 2 weeks in winter. We run propane for our heat. Stay away.
