General
- Our rules have been established to ensure that everyone will have an enjoyable stay.
Safety & rules
- Quiet hours are from 9PM to 8AM. Children must be at their campsites by 9PM unless with an adult.
- The use of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited, and all guests must follow state and county laws.
- Trash must be disposed of in plastic bags and placed in the dumpster.
- Any objectionable conduct or rule violations may result in immediate eviction from the park.
Local regulations
- You must inform your visitors of the park rules, and sharing your site with others requires prior approval.
- You must maintain property and liability insurance for any vehicle or RV in the park.
- You agree to indemnify the park owners and employees against any claims arising from your use of the site and facilities.
- Soliciting or selling without permission is prohibited in the park.
- Management can change rules as needed, and refusal to follow them may result in eviction without a refund.
Wildlife & food storage
- Food preparation and grilling are allowed only in designated areas, and must comply with burn bans.
Fees & deposits
- Monthly rent is due by the 5th of each month, with a $5 late fee per day thereafter.
- Excess electricity usage will incur a charge of $0.15 per kilowatt, payable with rent.
Pets
- Pets must be vaccinated, leashed, and canβt be left unattended outside. A maximum of 2 pets per site is allowed.
Vehicles & parking
- Vehicle washing and maintenance are not allowed without prior approval.
- Vehicles and personal items must be orderly, with no modifications allowed to the site. Additional storage can be rented for extended stays.
