Summer Breeze RV Resort - Brookshire

My family absolutely loves Summer Breeze RV Resort in Katy, Texas! The water park is so much fun, and the bounce attraction was a huge hit with my kids. The restrooms are always spotless, which I really appreciate. The location is great, and everyone on the staff is friendly and provides excellent service.

I have two kids, and they both love coming here. As a full-time RVer, I’ve stayed at a lot of RV parks, and this is definitely one of my favorites. We always have a great experience, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun, clean, and family-friendly RV resort!

What an awesome low key small camping/water park for my 7 year old. He is autistic and doesn’t do well with a huge crowds. This place is by far the best in the Houston area for us because of how helpful and friendly the staff are. Also the pool/water park was perfect for him. I could see him while relaxing and did not have to chase him all around. Great hot tub small water slide in the pool for early and late pool time while the slides are closed. We will probably hit this place up every month during the summer time. Price well with all the stuff they have! 💪🫡

I visited Summer Breeze RV Resort this weekend, and it was truly a pleasant experience from the moment we arrived until the time we left. I will definitely be returning on my next trip in July. The pool was absolutely amazing and created the perfect atmosphere for both kids and adults to enjoy.

We love Summer Breeze as a family. The Waterpark is my girls favorite amenity. The staff is awesome and very friendly. The bathrooms always smell good and are clean. This resort is a great place to stop at or live full time. I dont have 1 complaint. People here are like family, we all watch out for eachother's kids.

5 Stars - The Perfect Landing Spot After 3 Years Overseas - Our Home for 13 Months

My husband and I moved back to America after living overseas for 3 years, and Summer Breeze RV Resort was our first stop. It turned out to be exactly what we needed and exactly where we needed to be to reacclimate to life in the United States.

Staff & Service:
From day one, Elle welcomed us with warmth and patience. I had never stayed at an RV park before and had countless questions - she took the time to explain everything we needed to know and made our move-in seamless. Summer Breeze is a family-run business, and you can feel that in every interaction. The owners’ children work there, and the entire team genuinely cares about the property and the residents.

Property Maintenance:
The grass was always cut, bathrooms were always clean, ant piles were promptly removed - they stayed on top of everything. The one time I had a complaint (someone letting their dog use our yard as a bathroom and not cleaning up), Elle handled it immediately and followed up with me to make sure the problem was resolved. Her husband also works on the property and was equally friendly and attentive to maintenance needs.

• Dedicated mailroom (they accept packages at no charge AND accept mail, which is rare for RV parks and something we miss to this day!)

Location:
Quiet and peaceful, though you’ll hear the occasional train and some freeway noise. The area itself is generally quiet.

Why We Stayed 13 Months:
We originally planned a shorter stay, but Summer Breeze became home. When we finally left, it was a difficult decision - we were just ready to travel and explore. But we know we’ll be back whenever we’re in the Katy area visiting family. This place will always feel like our first American home after our years abroad.

One Heads Up:
The mosquitoes can be intense after sunset due to a nearby marsh. This has nothing to do with Summer Breeze’s management - just something to be aware of. Bring bug spray!

This was a 5 out of 5 experience. If you’re looking for an RV resort with exceptional staff, clean facilities, and a true sense of community, Summer Breeze is it.
