Timber Ridge RV Park

My partner and I stayed here for 6 months, and had a wonderful time. The rates were fair, the park was well maintained, the staff were always kind (Penny and Alan are amazing), and we had no safety concerns at all (my girlfriend felt perfectly safe walking our dog at 2 A.M.)

The location is great, as you're about a 5 minute drive to downtown Bryan, and a 10 minute drive to campus. There is also a Walmart about 5 minutes away in case you need anything. The onsite restrooms are spacious and were always clean. They also refill propane onsite for a very reasonable price.

The other residents we met were always kind. Shout-out Mike.

We checked so many other RV sites in town, and I couldn't imagine finding a better one in the area than Timber Ridge.

Very nice park with great management. Very wide and long concrete pads. Truly big rig friendly. Stay here for a day or a year. Great value for the money. Close to great restaurants and grocery stores.

Super easy to make reservations and check in process couldn’t be more simple. The property is pristine with an abundance of amenities. Every spot is easy to get in with clean easy hookups. The park restrooms are convenient, clean, and welcoming. The dog park is a fabulous secure place to let the fur babies run off some energy with shaded benches. The kitchen/dinning facilities couldn’t have offered more. This was our second stay and we plan many more in the near future.

We reserved a spot for our daughter who will be attending Texas A&M the individuals we reserved the spot with were great and walked us thru everything thing and we agreed on a space to rent. There was no communication for several months and when we showed up to set the camper up there were new individuals managing the park and the space offered was not the one we agreed to 6 mo prior. And was told the owner changed the policy and students can not stay along the fence while getting the student discount. We would
Have never paid for the reservation for a spot with no shade for a student that will be there for 1 year at a time. No refund or partial refund was offered and they kept over $650 due to the multiple changes in management and poor communication. When the camper was never set up and not 1 night was spent on site.

Beautiful park centrally located to Texas A&M and George HW Bush Library. The management is some of the best we have seen over the years. Attention to detail is second to none….they actually power wash the lot pads to stay ahead of the mildew created by the TX humidity. This is a 10 out of 10 property
