We were in a jam. Had 2 tires on our truck go bad and it was late Saturday evening on Memorial Day weekend and getting my one tire fixed was unlikely. Holly said they had a spot so we eased on to their place with our one tire that was still holding air. I said we probably would need to stay till Monday, but might be able to go in one. She booked us for the 2 nights which I was ok with figuring that if we were able to get the tire fixed Sunday that we’d be reimbursed for the additional day. However after going back and rereading their rules and regulations I see where it states that there are no refunds on early departure. Wish I had seen that earlier. I would have told Holly to just do one night at a time. The power to our camper wasn’t correct. Because of it we were only able to run one air conditioner. I messages Holly the next morning and she said she would get an electrician to take a look into it
One other thing to keep in mind. If you don’t have a self contained rig, plan on driving/walking to the closest gas stations to use the bathroom.
Don’t get me wrong, Holly was very nice helping us to get a space, just it is upsetting to lose out on a nights payment like that.

I've been here for over four years. Due to my health, I wanted to be closer to my doctors. It's a great, quite and friendly place. The owners are extremely nice and super great. Wal-Mart even delivers to here. The park is only 10 minutes from Lufkin and about 4 from Diboll. The traffic is quiet.

In a time where my safety was up in the air, The Good Life RV Park was a blessing. The owner Holly answered all the questions I had in the beginning and even helped me get in touch with a mobile rv repair service since I had a repair need immediately when I moved in. The park is nice and quiet, especially since the building of the Diboll Relief Route, so even the highway next to the park is quieter.
