LCs RV Park

This place is literally the worst. First off the price of this place alone is horrible there's so much more better RV parks for the same price or cheaper. They will give you roaches and try to blame it on you when we are clean people and have lived in our rv for over a year. The amount of cats in this park is crazy and she said they get with the animal shelter. Which is 100% a lie until after a review. They only took the one that comes up to people and not the problem cats.Geri the owner is a slum lord and to show that Its true is she won't tell you that there are multiple
offenders in the park. They also have 3 broken down trailers that are utterly disgusting housing these strays as shown in the picture. The dumpster gets picked up 2 times a week at 3-4am and can be heard throughout the whole park. This is by far the worst experience of a place I lived at and highly recommend to stay away from this place and these people. She told us she would refund our 200$ deposit and let us out of our lease on the 31st of October(we left anyway as we cannot withstand the disgust of this park) but then went back on her word after we refused to remove our honest review.

Edit: she says we talked about mailbox keys but never have we talked about mailbox keys as we got a PO box instead of dealing with these people

My Boyfriend and I stayed at this RV park from July 2024 til about February/March 2025.
Firstly the couple running the park are very friendly and understanding of situations along with maintaining functionality of your spot. They are professional but also kind people who are truly wanting to maintain a quality stay for guests.
The park itself is where my rating stems from.
Our main issue we dealt with the entire stay was a roach infestation. It wasn’t a couple here and there, they were everywhere and so hard to get rid of. This is a huge reason as to why we moved out.
Secondly was our neighbor, I genuinely think he was the reason we got roaches. I was pregnant while living here and every time I would go to get into my car I would smell the aroma of animal poop and pee. I know he had two dogs for sure and I cant recall a single time he took the dogs out on a walk or out to go pee. It was so horrible the smell actually made my morning sickness act up and the fact that you could smell it through closed windows is insane.
The other neighbors were super friendly, and would actually come over and chat with us every now and then and ask about the pregnancy.
As a disclaimer, my boyfriend and I are not dirty people and I cleaned our house every day. It is not our fault we got roaches, it’s the property this RV park sits on, and as long as one tenant has roaches everyone else will continue to get them. We actually just got rid of the roaches by hiring an exterminator because roach bombs and traps weren’t powerful enough.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my time here at LCs RV Park ever since I relocated from San Antonio in December 2024. This place has truly been an incredible experience for me, largely due to the fantastic service provided by Geri, the owner, who is not only highly professional but also very friendly. The peaceful ambience of the park is truly remarkable, and the pricing is very reasonable as well. I wholeheartedly recommend LCs RV Park to anyone looking for a top-notch experience.

Amazing owners here- such a good community and vibe. I love how it feels secluded but also close to everything. The laundry is great and always operating 24/7. It’s a generally clean and quiet...the price is so low you can’t live anywhere else on that sort of price!

Great RV park--affordable, friendly, and always willing to help workers. Highly recommend.
