Very small spaces right on top of each other with no privacy. Very expensive for what you get $60 a night; stayed a few nights because of the location. The park is under extensive construction, high water pressure, muddy water, and air in lines for hookup and no warning. I will never understand why anyone would stay at a KOA when you can find a State Park with full hookup and beautiful surroundings for under $30 a day.

I tried four different locations but couldn't refill my propane tank. Finally, I found this campsite that met my needs. The staff were very friendly and attentive. I'll definitely come back.

Loved the new office. New laundry. Takes cards. Pricy tho. Office help was so nice. You can rent the golf carts. And u will need to if u dont have a vehicle. They dont allow anyone to deliver to your site. Everything is at office. Kinda sucked to be honest. Seems alot of long term ppl. And they have kids. Wasnt to pleased with that. But over all it was super quiet. And it was huge. Can hike all in the woods on a path. See stars at nite(best spot ever for that!) Its still a new place, being worked on. Ground isnt level. Site on loose gravel. When they cut grass it all comes in with your shoes and pets. No trees for shade. Spots are large enough. And if you can do it, $$, they also have sites with covered roofs, so helps with sun and stuff. Just wish full timers had one side and visitors some other side. And u could get delivery to your site/rig. If they had that figured out, Id give a higher rating.

This is a great WIP campground. You can tell they are working hard everyday to finish it up and make many improvements. They have a very nice pool, laundry, large gravel sites and a few trails around the park. Less than 10 mins from anything you might need from restaurants, fuel, beverages etc!

This koa is a five star resort. The Managers treat you like family from the get go. If you want a pleasant experience, I highly recommend this resort. Also very clean , you can tell they take pride in the resort.
