Comfort RV Park USA

Got stuck going through the ice storm that hit TX with problems with our RV. Found this campground across from Love’s and decided to wait it out there. THANKFULLY we did. Had nightmare problems with getting rig towed through our insurance company and water tank piece froze so no fresh water tank on top of all. Luckily this is a great small campground. The bathrooms were very clean and was great to be able to take hot showers. Valerie, the manager, went above and beyond offering to do whatever she could for us. Even offered us food and water if needed. Very caring people. Will probably stop here again if going cross country on I10 no. Close and extremely easy on/off for 10 but not noisy.

RV Park USA is a quiet park next to several places to eatand travel too. Its in the perfect location to get on the major highway and visit some of the best small towns in Texas. Fredericksburg, Kerrville and Boerne are less than 30 minutes to each. The Guadalupe river runs through town. The RV park is well kept and everyone is nice. I live here long term and we have people passing thru daily. Pet friendly.

Don’t let the pictures fool you, the place is in serious need of a facelift. Roads are tore up, campers are busted up with junk scattered all of their site. There was no one in the office like all day, there was a note on the door saying be back call this number. The bathroom is filthy, the vent is so thick in dirt and dust. This is maybe a 10$ a night site. Do your homework and select another park… Last note I had three huge red ant hills on my site, but tried to call/go to the office with no luck contacting anyone

The Management at RV Park USA were VERY, Kind & Customer Service focused!
Valerie & Her husband took care of us with our changes to schedule.
They were focused on taking care of Park and working towards it improvements.
Great Folks...Great Central location for Us!

The Q's in Our Journey

We originally had booked an overnight only here passing thru. Upon arrival we realized we’d lost a buddy bearing on our rig.
Valerie is amazing and booked us a week to stay while we got the necessary repairs.
She provided us with all the info we needed to navigate the area- what RV dealers are good- which aren’t- gave recommendations on where to eat- where not to eat- and was all around amazing.
Her and Gene were super knowledgeable- always available- and probably the nicest park managers we’ve come across in a very long time.
The park and facilities are spotless and everything was in working order. 100% will make this a regular stop on our travels.
