I've been here at Peaceful Pines RV Park for almost 3 yrs. The park became SO MUCH BETTER when the park manager, Dan, came here! He is one of the nicest men I've ever met & his wife as well. He's always willing to help out, answered questions & if he doesn't know the answer, he WILL find out for you. He is constantly watching the park on his ATV, Except one day, the battery wouldn't start & he had to walk in 110掳 weather to hand out "flyers"! That man is not lazy, doesn't complained but I felt so bad for him, HE DESERVES A RAISE!!! He makes sure people act right, pick up after their dogs!! and not let them run lose. Mine got out one day & bless his heart, he caught him for me & gave me a what for! It was well deserved!!! even if it was an accident. He's always smiling & laughing, loving life, which in turn, make you feel like you should too. It's obvious he has physical probs but he doesn't let it slow him down!! Except for the ATV day!! Very sad he had to walk them "flyers" to all the residents on this heat!! The WIFI is not all it's cracked up to be!!!! but I'm over it. I guess. 馃槀 Dan is a big plus for the park!! & his wife CJ is a hoot! I hope he & CJ stay for a long time! He just makes things better.
ok. that's all. carry on
Edit-I posted this less than 24 hours ago & Dan was at my door setting me up. (I had been set up but it kicked me out) and was SO QUICK to make things right! It's so nice to have such an honorable person in life! All is great now!!! TY to Dan for being so quick to fix things! We need more Dan's in this world! Peaceful Pines is very lucky to have him onboard!!!

this is the worst "RV park" (more of a trailer park with two sets of laundry machines) we have ever visited.
they have horrible wifi, but claim it鈥檚 high speed. they tried advertising it as a gated community even though there is no gate at all.
during our stay, we dealt with constant, unreasonable complaints from management.
we were told we needed approval for items outside our RV, yet other tenants were allowed to leave junk everywhere. we couldn't have a small paddle boat, but others had full storage units. management also claimed our dogs were left unattended, barking excessively, which simply wasn't true. we were ALWAYS with them.
the environment here is incredibly stressful. the manager, dan, acts like the owner but constantly deflects responsibility to his boss. overall, this place is a headache. it feels like the owners don't care about the tenants at all. I would only recommend if you enjoy dealing with people on a power trip. they can't go on a power trip if nobody rents the lots! they also tryna sell it so I think they aware of how portly it's being managed.

I feel like I needed to take a minute to share my experience living at Peaceful Pines RV Park. The park itself is very maintained and very peaceful. The whole time I stayed there I never once encountered any issues that concern me, or disturb my peace of mind, and believe me, Many of the other parks, I鈥檝e stayed up through the years you were constantly having to deal with that sort of thing. Dan and his wife are the on-site management and we鈥檙e very pleasant to work with, always going out of their way to meet your needs, they truly made you feel more like family rather than a customer. I have a couple health issues while I was there, and Dan came by a couple times to check on me and make sure that I was OK, and that鈥檚 both volumes to me about the kind of people that were overseeing the property. I also dealt with Lisa in the office quite a bit. , And she was always very professional and friendly and would have a way to accommodate me on some of the things that I need help with my overall experience with everyone that I dealt with was exceptional, and definitely would stay there again anytime if the opportunity of available itself. If you鈥檙e in the area and looking for a new home, or a temporary stop, definitely check them out, it鈥檚 worth the effort.

Omg within an hour I fell asleep here. I am a 58yr old woman whose struggling with autoimmune diseases that has left me in pain ,I. Top of that I have major depression, sever anxiety, PTSD, and congenital malformation at the end of my bones and spine( thin at ends NVR fully formed). Needless to say my life was always pain of some kind and it caught up with me 3 yrs ago.I. On SSI now wanted to retire to beautiful Texas. The trip here was like Hades all kinds of mishaps and pain. I came here and I was amazed the pictures don't do it justice. I feel calm now of course I'll always need meds and such, but this , this takes away the worry of not living somewhere safe. Thank you Peaceful Pines.

If you are traveling through or staying awhile this is definitely the place to be. Between the pricing, management, being close to grocery stores and food. This rv park has it all, truly peaceful living at its finest. My wife, pup and I stayed here for 8 months and without a doubt Ben is the coolest owner out there. If you have any questions concerns or anything inbetween he will answer you right away with a solution or a lending hand in person. It felt like home being there really can't wait to come back. Thank you again ben!
