Concrete drive and pad with FHU. Side yard barely as wide as a picnic table but location is quiet and convenient.

This place is a nice rv park on the outskirts of Corpus Christi close to everything tho! Full amenities,lots of activities going on. full hookups. It’s a very quiet park. Clean,level spaces, concrete pads. Well lit areas, picnic tables but no fire pits.Awesome staff. Loved our stay and will definitely be back soon as it warms up!! Thank you

This is our 1st time staying here.We stayed for a month and made many friends very quickly. The staff are very friendly & helpful. The lots are spacious and have patio & picnic table. Great pool, laundry facility & club house. Lots of activities, including pot luck dinners on Wednesdays. We made many great friends. We look forward to returning.

This is our 1st time staying here. Nice clean place with lots of activities to participate in. People who run it are very friendly & helpful. The lots are spacious and have great concrete pads with patio & picnic table. The dog park is nice & very well kept. Great pool, laundry facility & recommend room. We have already made many great friends. We are staying a month and plan to back for 3 months on our next visit.

Friendly staff and nice layout. We were brought to our nicely shaded spot and really appreciated the support. Pool area is clean and neat. Dog park is also clean and a perfect size to do business. Close to H‑E‑B and fuel and only minutes across the bay to the beach.
