Absolutely beautiful property, the owner is a great, honest person to rent from. There was a mix up, all my fault, but he made it right with the other RV park we stayed in the first night by accident. He made accommodations for us to make our stay more comfortable. We will definitely stay again if we are in that area again. My grandsons loved the space to run and play. The neighbor dog was such a sweet girl and the boys loved her.

Cozy little spot about 100 yards from the Guadalupe River. Plenty of shade at our spot which helps tremendously in the dead heat of the summer here in south Texas. Children are welcome and the owner has provided many amenities, even for the kiddos. This park is very well maintained. The owner, Robert has been so great and helpful to us, as we are first time RV’ers. We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, so much so that we don’t plan to leave any time soon.

This place is a Hidden Gem. My husband and I felt like we had the entire weekend to ourselves, it was so peaceful and relaxing. We caught some pretty good sized catfish @ night, off the well lit deck. Canoed and kayaked to the “ island”, where We Got to explore all the beautiful river rocks that seemed to be for miles long. Loved the huge grassy area that is between the park and river. Kids can jump on the trampoline, plenty of space to run around while parents can view from Rv spot. Everyone was very friendly, especially Owners Roberto and son Robert. Thank you so much for letting us enjoy your beautiful rv park, we will definitely be back!

Beautiful place, clean, quit, host was very polite and came out to check us in. We enjoyed fishing and kayaking. Definitely will be back.
