Great place to stay, no frills but owner and manager are extra nice. We stay here when visiting our kids.

A friend in need is a friend indeed! We discovered a mechanical failure at the nearby rest area. The park owner is great and the park hostess is a wonderful lady. I'm glad we had the opportunity to meet, in spite of circumstances.

Very quiet little campground. People there are very friendly and caring. I would recommend this to anybody. It is a good area to stay.

The owner is very helpful and pleasant to do business with! The yards and picnic tables are amazing! Great location! Wifi for each unit means my kids never had to slow down on homeschooling!! Peaceful and relaxing!! Wonderful dog park with plenty of room to run and play safely! Very clean and well kept property!! 10 out of 10!!!

Arc RV, just east of Dallas, was just wonderful. Sometimes it’s hard to find a place to just pull in for the night. Especially after 5:00 when most offices are already closed. Richard designed his park just for that. You can come in late and find a spot with full hook ups. He arched the pull in’s for easy quick access and hook ups so it’s super fast to hook up and quick to pull out when you’re ready to roll! Also has lightning fast Internet with each spot. There’s even a big area up front for a safe place to just take a nap if that’s all you need free of charge. Dog park, pond, beautiful sky for viewing stars, sunsets and sunrises, in the viewing band for the next solar eclipse, and plans to add an equestrian pasture make this a one stop shop! All the conveniences and super friendly owner!! Highly recommended. P.S. Excellent truck/RV wash 2 miles up the road in Brasher! Richard can give you directions!
