Liberty Hill (Navarro Mills Lake)

Liberty Hill is my go-to park when I just want quiet. It’s a less traveled park and the sites are spread out. We camp with 4 dogs and love the space we have to walk them. It’s just one of our favorites!

Well kept park, friendly hosts, good sites. My husband tried shower and said it was wonderful!
Have been here multiple times and never disappointed.

We've been full-time RVers for 5 years and this was our 1st COE park. Beautiful park, but in dire need of roadwork, tree trimming and possibly electrical. 50 amp had an open neutral and 30 amp had nothing, no power. Wife drove back to gate to get permission to move to a different site. Staff were kind and helpful. Site 20 and 21. I don't remember which one was the original site, but whichever one is on the water, it's not advisable to put a 5th wheel on that site. It's doable, but very unlevel and low limbs.

We got there on a Friday and had two sites to set up. The bathrooms were very nice until Sunday only one unit had toilet paper out of multiple locations, some of them had stopped up toilets and all were very messy with toilet paper all over the floors. The grass needed to be cut. The staff was very nice. but overall, we made the best of the situation and had a good time. There is a Dollar General close by for essentials if needed.

Only issues were not enough trees at camp site and had a difficult time finding it. We enjoyed the stay

Love this place! Grew up going here and it has only improved over the years. Multiple stays this year and we just keep coming back. Staff are great and its always clean and peaceful. This site was very shaded and easy to get in to.

My Family and I have been coming to Liberty Hill park for almost 20 years and going there now is not enjoyable due to you have kids running all around the roads riding electric bike people not camping letting their dogs run off of a leash and coming on your PAID camp site and their dog being aggressive toward campers' dogs on a leash. The park attendant that worked that Friday and Saturday is rude and hateful when you ask them to address these issues above. This will probably be our last time to visit this park.
