The whole park needs mowing really bad. I’ve camp there for years but that was the first time it looked run down. I thought it was a state park. Really sad they’re going to shut the marina down

This is a convenient overnight stop on our trip from Arkansas to the Hill Country of Texas.
It’s not too far off the road.
The sites are large and relatively level.
The grass is rarely cut and the ants are plentiful.
