The grass was knee high full of grass burrs so could not walk to the lake without getting grass burrs all over mosquitoes were terrible due to high grass spent three days sitting inside should have just stayed home will not go back to this camp ground I talked to a gentleman camping next to us he said he camps there often and always brings a weed eater and lawn mower to cut grass around his camp site problem I don’t go camping to do yard work

Navarro Mills Liberty Hills is a beautiful, well maintained campsite on Navarro Mills Lake. The campsites were clean as were the bathrooms. Folks at the marina were friendly.
Be sure and bring any spray/ powder for the Argentina ants….otherwise, a perfect place to camp and enjoy nature.
